At Milestones we provide manual therapy services for all ages. Our goal is to provide tailored hands-on modalities to address the root causes of dysfunction - and not just the symptoms. Bodywork and manual therapy are essential for maintaining overall health and well-being. These hands-on techniques help improve mobility, reduce stress, release tension and restrictions, enhance circulation, and restore physical balance.
Manual Therapy Treatment Services can range from Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Soft tissue mobilization, Kinesiology Taping, Cupping, Joint Mobilization, and Trigger Point Release. The care plan will be created following a thorough evaluation from a skilled physical therapist. In addition, your treatment will be specifically tailored to your needs, goals, and feedback.

Milestones provides pediatric physical therapy services (Mini Milestones), that is dedicated to providing exceptional physical therapy services to our pediatric patients (0-18 years old) to achieve their fullest potential. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life and independence through personalized care and skilled rehabilitation techniques. Pediatric physical therapy aims to help children improve strength, coordination, balance, and mobility to address developmental delays, motor challenges, neurological conditions, orthopedic concerns, post-surgical recovery, and more.
Pediatric Physical Therapy Treatment sessions may include therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and manual therapies based off of patient's plan of care and goals. Physical therapy can address torticollis, plagiocephaly, developmental milestones, injury recovery, injury prevention, chronic pain, and more! Plan of care and goals are uniquely created following a thorough evaluation with a family centered approach.

Treatment Sessions: $150
Mobile Services: We’re happy to offer mobile physical therapy visits in the comfort of your home, currently available on Fridays. To help cover travel time and expenses, a small travel fee is applied based on your distance from our home base in 85298.
- Travel Fee Structure:
- 0–10 miles – $20 travel fee
- 10–20 miles – $30 travel fee
- Over 20 miles – $50 travel fee
- 0–10 miles – $20 travel fee
- Note: Travel distance is calculated from providers home base in 85298, using the most direct route via Google Maps.
